Video Tapes

38. A form to order VHS or DVD films of Dallas D.A.N.C.E. 2009 will be available in the program or you can click here to download a printable order form. All filming will be done by the Dallas Push Club only. Dallas D.A.N.C.E. 1987 - 2008 (except 2003 & 2004) tapes/DVD's may be ordered from Michael Myatt at the video booth at the event or at (817) 292-7059. Dallas D.A.N.C.E. 2003 and 2004 tapes/DVD's are available from Thumbs-Up Video, www.thumbsupvideo.com. Note that individual division tapes also are available.

Still Photographer

39. Paul Crow of Action Photo will be available to take still photos from a front position during an entry's performance. Mr. Crow will be seated next to the on-floor video camera. You can reach Paul at  713-419-1830 or by email at actionpdc@yahoo.com.

40. Ads for the Dallas D.A.N.C.E. program can be purchased by mailing camera-ready copy (non-returnable) and checks by August 1, 2008. Ad rates: Full Page - $100; 1/2 Page - $55; 1/3 page (Business card size) - $35. Contact Susan Parker at (972) 820-7476 for further information.

 Fairmont Hotel

42. All events,  possibly excepting those on Thursday evening, will be held in the Regency Ballroom. BRING YOUR FAVORITE CLUB JACKET: the ballroom will be  cool .

DALLAS D.A.N.C.E. Committee

43. All preparations and operations will be made by the Dallas D.A.N.C.E. Committee. All decisions made by the co-directors are final.

Private Lessons

44. All workshop instructors will be available throughout Labor Day Weekend to teach private lessons. Contact the instructor of your choice at the hotel or, by email, using the links on the "Workshops and Private Lessons" page on this website.  

Hospitality Room

45. Coffee and donut holes will be available in the Pavilion Room - South Tower (Terrace Level) Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m. (FOOD & DRINKS CONFINED TO HOSPITALITY ROOM ONLY)

Dallas Push Club Members

Pick up your ticket in the lobby at the Will Call/Ticket Sales table. We invite all our guests to join the Dallas Push Club by August 1, 2009 and receive a free ticket to the 2009 Dallas D.A.N.C.E. Dues for the 2009 year are $75.00.

46. The “Will Call” list will be available for review beginning approximately July 15 and will be updated periodically thereafter.
